Texmaco Rail & Engineering, a manufacturer of railway infrastructure solutions, said it has won a ₹535.6 crore supply and maintenance contract with CAMALCO SA.

The deal comprises an order for the manufacturing and supply of 560 open-top wagons valued at ₹282 crore and a long-term maintenance contract for 20 years valued at ₹253 crore, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in after-market hours on Wednesday.

The initial phase of the contract encompasses the supply of 560 wagons, with the full order of more than 1,600 wagons to be delivered in three phases.
