    Tuticorin Container Terminal (TCT), operated by JM Baxi, successfully handled the ad hoc call of the MV Sprinter, operated by COSCO SHIPPING, despite challenging weather conditions, demonstrating its operational resilience and efficiency.

    The vessel called at the terminal on July 6, 2026, arriving from Singapore before sailing onward to Karachi on the same day. The terminal completed the vessel turnaround seamlessly, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of all import and export containers, including Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo.

    The successful operation highlights the coordinated efforts of the terminal workforce and stakeholders in maintaining uninterrupted cargo operations under adverse weather conditions while adhering to the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
