Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) reported a stable performance for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), with consolidated net profit rising 3.6 per cent year-on-year to ₹378.7 crore, compared with ₹365.4 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations grew 2.9 per cent to ₹2,354.5 crore, driven by steady container volumes and sustained demand across domestic logistics segments.

Operating profit (EBITDA) was marginally lower at ₹576.15 crore against ₹582.46 crore a year ago, while EBITDA margin eased to 24.5 per cent from 25.5 per cent due to normalised costs and higher operational expenses.

The company’s Board of Directors has declared a second interim dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share (face value ₹5) for FY 2025–26, amounting to ₹198.02 crore. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is November 20, 2025, with payment or dispatch scheduled on or after November 27, 2025.
