Delhivery has launched a new economy air parcel service connecting India with key international markets, including United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, as part of its push to expand cross-border logistics offerings.

The service is aimed at providing cost-effective shipping solutions for small and medium businesses, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, and individual shippers looking to access global markets. The economy offering is expected to strike a balance between affordability and reliable transit times, catering to the growing demand for international e-commerce shipments.

With this launch, Delhivery seeks to tap into rising outbound parcel volumes from India, driven by increased participation of MSMEs and online sellers in global trade. The company said the service will offer end-to-end logistics support, including first-mile pickup, customs clearance, air transport, and last-mile delivery in destination countries.

Industry observers note that demand for budget-friendly international shipping options has surged as Indian exporters look to diversify markets and remain competitive amid fluctuating freight rates. The addition of economy air services is expected to widen access for smaller players who may have previously found international shipping cost-prohibitive.

The move also reflects intensifying competition in the cross-border logistics space, with players expanding service portfolios to capture a larger share of e-commerce-driven shipments.

As global trade continues to evolve, Delhivery’s latest offering is positioned to strengthen India’s connectivity with major consumer markets while supporting the international growth ambitions of domestic businesses.
