Glottis Ltd. and Shermans Logistics have entered into a strategic collaboration to unlock new business opportunities across logistics, renewable energy, and allied sectors in India and Sri Lanka.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Colombo between Esna Group Chairman Eshana De Silva and Glottis Head – Business Development Rajkumar R.

Shermans Logistics, a joint venture between the Esna Group and McLarens Group, is primarily engaged in global freight forwarding and logistics services. Headquartered in Chennai, Glottis Ltd. has a strong operational presence across major logistics hubs in India and international markets. The company is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

The partnership aims to leverage the complementary strengths of both organisations to develop efficient supply chains, expand regional trade flows, and explore long-term joint venture opportunities.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen the India–Sri Lanka trade corridor while supporting the growth of renewable energy logistics and integrated supply chain solutions across the region. The companies will jointly focus on sectors including project cargo, renewable energy logistics, automotive, chemicals, third-party logistics (3PL), and freight forwarding, offering end-to-end logistics solutions.
