    Sh. Shobhit Bhatnagar, Director/Operations, Planning & Business Development (OP&BD), chaired a meeting with representatives of E&Y to review the consultancy assignment for conducting a Market Survey and preparation of a Business Plan for the proposed Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at New Kanpur on the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (EDFC).

    Senior officials including Sh. S.P. Verma, GGM/BD&BA; Sh. Nitin Bansal, GGM/OP&BD; and Sh. Roshan Singh, GM/OP&BD, also participated in the discussions.

    The meeting focused on presentations and deliberations related to market assessment, freight potential analysis, and business planning for the proposed logistics park. The proposed MMLP is expected to strengthen integrated logistics infrastructure and improve multimodal freight connectivity along the EDFC corridor.

    The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance cargo movement efficiency, promote seamless modal integration, and support the development of modern logistics infrastructure in the region.
