Sical Logistics Limited has entered into financing agreements with Tata Capital Limited for facilities worth up to ₹910 million (₹91 crore), comprising an ₹810 million (₹81 crore) lease facility and a ₹100 million (₹10 crore) working capital demand loan.

The agreements were executed on October 27, 2026, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors on the same day. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Under the Master Lease Agreement, Sical Logistics will avail a lease facility of up to ₹810 million for a tenure of 60 months to finance the leasing of commercial equipment specified in the relevant purchase orders. At the end of the lease period, the company will purchase the equipment at its residual value of 5% of the original cost, plus applicable taxes.

The company has also secured a working capital demand loan of up to ₹100 million for a period of 12 months to meet its operational working capital requirements. The facility is secured by a first pari passu charge through hypothecation over the company’s current assets.

Sical Logistics clarified that neither of the agreements constitutes a related-party transaction and that Tata Capital does not hold any shares in the company.

The financing arrangements are expected to support Sical Logistics’ commercial equipment requirements and working capital needs, providing financial support for its ongoing operational activities.
