CMA CGM has launched M2X – Mexico Express, a new service that streamlines shipments from the Far East to Mexico’s West Coast.

According to CMA CGM, the service rotation is the following:

    Tianjin – Qingdao – Busan – Ensenada – Manzanillo – Lazaro Cardenas – Yokohama – Busan – Tianjin

Additionally, the North China Coverage provides direct service to Qingdao and Tianjin, resulting in comparable travel times.

CMA CGM further noted that the service directly connects reefers from Mexico and Central America’s West Coast to key markets in North China and Japan.

M2X also reportedly operates a fixed-day weekly service cycle with a fleet of eight dedicated ships. The ANL WANGARATTA’s first departure from Busan is scheduled for 11 May.

In April, CMA CGM announced updated Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates effective from 1 May until further notice.
