Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) has successfully integrated StormGeo’s advanced technological solutions across its entire fleet.

This collaboration aims to enhance the operational efficiency and environmental performance of G E Shipping’s vessels by utilizing StormGeo’s comprehensive s-Insight solution, which provides tools to optimize the commercial, technical, and environmental aspects of fleet operations.

All 43 ships in G E Shipping’s fleet will benefit from StormGeo’s suite of solutions, including the s-Log data reporting tool and the s-Insight Environmental Performance platform.

These tools offer detailed insights into EU MRV, IMO DCS, and CII compliance, as well as technical performance, commercial efficiency, and fuel performance monitoring.

A significant milestone in this partnership is the full deployment of StormGeo’s system for all reporting and emissions data validation.

“In this dynamic regulatory environment, having technology that facilitates swift data transfer for decarbonisation reporting and compliance with regulations like IMO-DCS, EUMRV, and FuelEU Maritime is paramount. Furthermore, StormGeo’s solutions, including weather routing and voyage optimization, significantly enhance our ability to conduct safe, competitive, and low-carbon voyages. This comprehensive suite of solutions empowers us to thrive in the highly competitive shipping industry,” commented Ankush Gupta, Chief Operating Officer of Great Eastern Shipping.
