CargoPoint is expanding its Eurasian freight network with the development of a new hub in Almaty, Kazakhstan, strengthening connectivity between China and Europe through Central Asia.

The Almaty hub is expected to serve as a strategic consolidation and transit point for cargo moving along the China-Europe trade corridor. Its location will enable CargoPoint to connect Chinese origins with European destinations while improving access to markets across Central Asia.

The expansion comes as logistics operators increasingly look to diversify China-Europe freight routes and develop multimodal alternatives across the Eurasian land bridge. Central Asia has gained greater importance as companies seek more flexible supply-chain options and improved transit connectivity.

CargoPoint’s expanded network is expected to support more efficient cargo flows, strengthen cross-border logistics capabilities and provide customers with additional routing options between Asia and Europe.

The new Almaty hub also positions CargoPoint to benefit from growing trade and logistics activity across Kazakhstan, reinforcing the country’s role as a key transit gateway between China and European markets.
