Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has operationalized a new domestic multimodal rail stream connecting Kanakpura/Jaipur with Fatuha near Patna, marking the company’s first-ever rail movement on the Jaipur–Fatuha route.
The maiden rake commenced its journey on September 21, carrying Dhara brand edible oil manufactured by Mother Dairy.
The new service is expected to generate approximately ₹46.24 lakh in revenue per rake, with an estimated business potential of two rakes per month.
The Jaipur–Fatuha rail stream will provide an efficient and environmentally friendly logistics solution for cargo movement between Rajasthan and Eastern India, while strengthening CONCOR’s domestic rail freight network and multimodal logistics footprint.
The initiative is the result of coordinated efforts by the CONCOR Kanakpura/Jaipur team, Mother Dairy and other stakeholders involved in establishing the new service.
