CULines has marked a significant milestone in its Korea–China–India (KCI) Service with the maiden call of MV RACINE at the HJNC Terminal in Busan, South Korea.
MV RACINE is the first self-operated vessel deployed by CULines on the KCI Service, marking the company’s first-ever weekly service in South Korea operated with its own vessels.
HJNC Terminal hosted a welcome ceremony to commemorate the vessel’s maiden call. Wesley Chen, Managing Director, CULines China, attended the event and held discussions with HJNC management on regional market developments and opportunities for closer cooperation.
The KCI Service connects Northeast Asia with India, Pakistan, the Middle East, the Red Sea and the Mediterranean, strengthening CULines’ regional service network and expanding connectivity across key international trade lanes.
The deployment of self-operated vessels is expected to further enhance service reliability, operational efficiency and schedule control, providing customers with more dependable connections between Asian markets and major destinations across the Indian subcontinent, Middle East and beyond.
The maiden Busan call of MV RACINE underlines CULines’ continued commitment to expanding its presence in Northeast Asia while strengthening its intra-Asia and Asia–West trade network.
