GEODIS has partnered with Rotate to strengthen air cargo market visibility and enhance data-driven decision-making across its global logistics operations. The collaboration will allow GEODIS to access advanced air freight analytics, market intelligence and real-time capacity insights to improve supply chain planning and customer service.

Under the partnership, GEODIS will use Rotate’s digital intelligence platform to monitor air cargo demand trends, pricing developments, route performance and market capacity across major global trade lanes. Industry officials said the integration is expected to help the logistics provider respond more quickly to market fluctuations and optimise cargo allocation strategies.

The move comes as logistics companies increasingly invest in digital tools and predictive analytics to manage supply chain volatility, fluctuating freight rates and disruptions affecting international transport networks. Air cargo markets have experienced continued pressure from geopolitical tensions, changing trade flows and capacity imbalances across key regions.

GEODIS said improved market transparency and real-time visibility would support better operational planning, network optimisation and customer communication, particularly for time-sensitive and high-value cargo segments such as pharmaceuticals, electronics and e-commerce shipments.

Rotate specialises in air cargo market analytics and data intelligence solutions for airlines, freight forwarders and logistics companies. Analysts noted that partnerships between logistics providers and data platforms are becoming increasingly important as the industry seeks more agile and technology-driven supply chain management systems.

Industry experts said the collaboration could help GEODIS strengthen its competitive position in the global air freight market while improving forecasting accuracy and operational resilience amid evolving global trade conditions.
