    German carrier, Hapag-Lloyd, has introduced its new Türkiye Red Sea Express (TRE).

    The new service rotation is as follows:

    Istanbul, TR – Izmit, TR  – Aliaga, TR – Jeddah, SA  – Aqaba, JO – Istanbul, TR

    The first port call of the new rotation will see the containership, Turkon Istanbul V, embark on the service from Istanbul, TR on 15 June 2024.

    Last month, Hapag-Lloyd partnered with IKEA Supply Chain Operations to decarbonise Hapag-Lloyd container exports from Asia.
