Horizon Industrial Parks has announced a major expansion of its warehousing and logistics infrastructure footprint, positioning the company as South India’s largest logistics parks developer. The milestone comes on the back of aggressive capacity additions, strategic land acquisitions, and strong demand from e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and third-party logistics (3PL) companies.
According to the company, its total operational and under-development portfolio across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh has now crossed a significant scale, supported by Grade-A facility development and multimodal connectivity. Over the past year, Horizon Industrial Parks has expanded its presence in key logistics hubs such as Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore, adding high-specification warehouses designed to meet global supply chain requirements.
The parks feature advanced infrastructure including automated storage systems, ESG-compliant designs, solar-powered utilities, and robust safety and compliance standards. The company said that the expansion aligns with India’s growing logistics and warehousing demand, driven by increased consumption, manufacturing growth, and the shift toward organized, tech-enabled supply chains.
Horizon Industrial Parks’ leadership noted that South India continues to be a priority growth region due to its strong industrial clusters, port connectivity, and rising investments in manufacturing and e-commerce fulfillment. With several new parks scheduled for completion in 2025, the company aims to further strengthen its role in shaping the region’s logistics ecosystem.
The latest development cements Horizon Industrial Parks’ position as one of India’s most prominent logistics infrastructure players and highlights the rapid evolution of South India as a national supply chain powerhouse.
