    The Kandla Port Steamship Agents Association (KPSAA) congratulated the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) on the historic occasion of the signing of the concession agreement with DP world for the construction of a Mega Container Terminal at Tuna Tekra.

    KPSAA delegation met the key representatives from DPA including Chairman SK Mehta, Deputy Chairman Nandeesh Shukla, Secretary Hari Chandran, Deputy Secretary YK Singh and extended their heartfelt congratulations.

    On this occasion, Bharat Gupta, President, KPSAA said, “This significant milestone marks a new chapter in the shipping industry’s evolution, as they embark on the establishment of a state-of-the-art terminal at Tuna Tekra. The ambitious endeavour not only enhances India’s position as a pivotal export hub but also promises to streamline container logistics, bolstering the nation’s trade capabilities.”

    Other office bearers of KPSSA who met the DPA officials include Vice President Sunil Fernandez, Honorary Secretary, Ebez Yesudas, Joint Secretary Rajesh Pillai, and Treasurer Sahil Datta also conveyed their best wishes to the port authorities.
