KSH Integrated Logistics, one of India’s leading providers of integrated supply chain solutions, has announced the launch of its new 100,000 sq. ft. Multi-Client Facility (MCF) in Bhiwandi — Maharashtra’s premier logistics hub. The development marks a major milestone in the company’s aggressive growth strategy, aimed at supporting rising demand from its fast-growing customer base.

With this addition, KSH’s total footprint in the Bhiwandi region has doubled to 200,000 sq. ft. The company is now firmly on track to expand its warehousing capacity to 500,000 sq. ft. over the next two years, reinforcing Bhiwandi as a core focus area in its broader national expansion roadmap.

Strategically located near the Samruddhi Expressway, Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, and the upcoming JNPT–Virar Expressway, the new facility is designed to deliver enhanced turnaround time, seamless supply chain efficiency, and stronger distribution capabilities for brands seeking to serve customers across western India.

Built to modern infrastructure standards, the facility is equipped with a verified Fire NOC and integrates KSH’s advanced Warehouse Management System—ensuring uniform, tech-driven operations across all its Multi-Client Facilities. The MCF will function as a key distribution hub for high-growth sectors including Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, FMCD, and Pharmaceuticals.

The expansion strengthens KSH Integrated Logistics’ positioning as a comprehensive single-service provider capable of managing end-to-end logistics solutions across multiple geographies. It also underscores the company’s focus on contributing to the local economy. The new facility is expected to create more than 100 direct and indirect jobs, supported by extensive training programs for workers at all levels, from on-ground labour to managerial staff.

Aligned with its long-term sustainability goals, KSH is also preparing to incorporate solar energy solutions and adopt EV and CNG vehicles for intra-city logistics to reduce its carbon footprint and promote cleaner operations.

Vinay Patil, CEO of KSH Integrated Logistics, said, “The launch of this 100,000 sq. ft. MCF in Bhiwandi is a key inflection point in our strategic expansion. Bhiwandi is a vital corridor, and by increasing our footprint here, we are not just adding space, but enhancing our end-to-end capabilities and enabling customers to benefit from faster, more technologically advanced operations. We remain fully committed to reaching our 500,000 sq. ft. milestone in Bhiwandi while driving value, strengthening local employment, and embracing sustainable practices.”

The new facility reinforces KSH’s vision of building a future-ready, efficient, and sustainable logistics ecosystem for India’s evolving supply chain landscape.
