Freight forwarder cargo-partner has expanded its airfreight consolidation services to Mexico to support growing volumes.

The Nippon Express Holdings-owned forwarder said that its air consolidation operation between Europe and Mexico has been expanded with the addition of Hungary and Austria.

The service was initially launched from Frankfurt to Mexico City’s Felipe Ángeles International Airport last year.

The forwarder said that it also now offers regular services between Mexico and Asia, including destinations such as China and Hong Kong.

“This expansion ensures that the cargo-partner Mexico team now provides end-to-end air freight solutions to a variety of destinations across the globe, supporting the growing needs of international trade,” the company explained in a press release.

From Mexico, cargo-partner provides economy, priority and emergency airfreight options.

Luis Gomez, managing director of cargo-partner Mexico, said: “We’ve launched new air cargo connections to give our customers more flexibility and reliable freight capacities at competitive rates. Our expanded air freight services are designed to help businesses trading in Mexico streamline their supply chains and meet critical delivery deadlines.”
