    Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman and Managing Director of Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), chaired a high-level interactive session in Raipur, engaging with key industry stakeholders, logistics partners, and representatives from global shipping lines.

    The session centered on strengthening the logistics ecosystem in the region, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the utilization of the Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Naya Raipur. Participants also discussed key operational challenges and explored collaborative solutions to improve efficiency and streamline logistics operations.

    During the interaction, Swarup highlighted CONCOR’s forward-looking initiatives aimed at expanding its capabilities and improving service delivery. These include the addition of more railway rakes, augmentation of CONCOR’s owned container fleet, and a greater focus on increasing participation in EXIM (export-import) business.

    He reiterated CONCOR’s commitment to facilitating ease of doing business in Chhattisgarh by building a more robust, efficient, and integrated logistics network. The meeting underscored the importance of industry collaboration in unlocking the region’s trade potential and driving sustainable growth in the logistics sector.
