GreenLine Mobility Solutions Ltd has partnered with Mondelez International (India) to advance its sustainability goals through environmentally friendly road logistics.  The partnership was inaugurated at the Alwar plant of Mondelez, where LNG trucks will be deployed to transport products of the company within India.

This initiative will greatly help Mondelez in its endeavor to reduce its carbon emissions and strengthen its environmental vision of Environmental, Social, & Governance initiatives. It also confirms Mondelez’s efforts towards the arrival of a cleaner and better world in the future that may encompass all generations.

The GreenLine fleet incorporates LNG as a fuel source for the vehicles, thus reducing the emission of greenhouse gases compared to traditional diesel trucks. The company has thus effectively managed to reduce its carbon emissions by 8,519 tonnes to date.

This relationship does not only help in the sustainability principle of GreenLine but also helps Mondelez in the proper planning and execution of sustainability objectives. This highlights both companies’ commitment to sustainability and the importance of collaboration in addressing environmental challenges within the logistics sector.
