Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) organised a trade meet at its Inland Container Depot (ICD) in Jodhpur, bringing together key stakeholders from the region’s logistics and export-import (EXIM) trade fraternity to discuss operational challenges, strengthen engagement and explore business growth opportunities.

The meeting was attended by Vijoy Kumar Singh, Director (International Marketing), CONCOR, along with representatives of shipping lines, Customs House Agents (CHAs), exporters, importers and domestic trade partners, including Sandeep Choudhary of UltraTech Cement.

During the interaction, Singh engaged with trade representatives and listened to their concerns, suggestions and operational challenges. The discussions reaffirmed CONCOR’s commitment to customer-centric services, improved operational efficiency and continuous engagement with stakeholders.

A key highlight of the meeting was an update from the Rajasthan Cluster Head on the progress of the upcoming Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Salawas, Jodhpur. The project is expected to strengthen multimodal connectivity, enhance logistics efficiency and support EXIM trade, while creating new opportunities for the region’s industrial and business community.

The trade meet provided a platform for stakeholders to discuss trade-related issues, exchange feedback and identify avenues for expanding business in Rajasthan.

CONCOR reiterated its commitment to delivering efficient, reliable and sustainable logistics solutions and supporting the growth of trade and industry in the region.
