A new global player is set to reshape the air logistics industry with the formation of the e-Smart Group, a strategic alliance combining three leading entities: IAS Inter Aviation Services B.V., SASI World, and e-Smartlogistics.com.

The collaboration merges decades of expertise to enhance innovation, speed, transparency, quality, and compliance across the air cargo supply chain, while also targeting reduced unit costs. In an industry often characterized by fragmented operations, the e-Smart Group introduces a unified model that integrates specialist knowledge with technology-driven solutions, providing clients with end-to-end logistics capabilities from a single source.

The leadership team brings together industry veterans: Jacques Heeremans, CEO and founder of IAS; Stan Wraight, CEO and founder of SASI World; and Denis Ilin, CEO and co-founder of e-Smartlogistics.com. Operating under the mandate of “Knowledge and Innovation,” the group focuses on combining deep industry understanding with modern technological solutions.

“With our combined experience and resources, we are positioned to advance innovation in air logistics in ways that were not possible for individual firms,” the group stated. They also signaled plans for future expansion, highlighting ongoing investments in new technologies and market solutions aimed at transforming the future of global air cargo logistics.
