Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, celebrated Independence Day 2026 with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm, embracing the spirit of “Har Ghar Tiranga” and “Vande Mataram.”
The celebrations were led by Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, IRSME, Chairman, Deendayal Port Authority, who hoisted the National Flag at the Sports Complex, Gopalpuri, Gandhidham.
The ceremony was attended by the Dy. Chairman, senior officials, CISF and Fire Brigade personnel, school children, Board Members, Trade Union representatives, employees, workers and members of the public.
The gathering reflected the collective pride and patriotic spirit of the DPA community, with the Tricolour serving as a symbol of the nation’s unity, sovereignty and progress.
