    Container analysts at Alphaliner are reporting French liner CMA CGM has bought five high-reefer 2,259 teu container vessels it has had on long term charter from Dutch reefer owner Seatrade for a price per unit believed to be in the low $30ms.

    The ships are the 2016-2017-built Seatrade Orange, Seatrade Red, Seatrade White and  Seatrade Blue, as well as the 2019-built Seatrade Green. All the ships were built at Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding in China.

    Seatrade is in the process of taking delivery of a series of six high-reefer 1,800 teu boxships from Huanghai Shipbuilding in China.
