The agreement paves the way for the establishment of COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers’ first integrated, multi-functional supply chain hub in Saudi Arabia. Strategically located in Dammam, the new hub is designed to enhance end-to-end logistics services, strengthen regional supply chain resilience, and support growing trade flows between China, Saudi Arabia, and the wider West Asia region.

With this milestone, COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers reinforces its Middle East strategy and underscores its confidence in Saudi Arabia as a regional logistics and supply chain hub. The company plans to further deepen its presence across Saudi Arabia and West Asia, optimize fleet deployment, and expand value-added supply chain solutions in line with evolving customer needs.
