JSW Group has successfully concluded Springboard 5.0, its flagship Women Leadership Development Program aimed at nurturing high-potential women professionals across the organisation. Reinforcing the company’s commitment to building strong institutions through empowered people, the latest edition marks a significant step toward shaping a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline.

Over several months, participants underwent an intensive leadership development journey at IIM Bangalore, complemented by digital learning modules, one-on-one mentoring, and personalised development plans. The cohort’s Action Learning Projects—evaluated by senior JSW leaders and distinguished IIM Bangalore faculty—demonstrated strong innovation, collaboration, and alignment with JSW’s long-term vision.

JSW highlighted that while Springboard 5.0 has concluded, it marks the beginning of a new chapter for these emerging women leaders. The organisation reaffirmed its commitment to driving inclusivity and nurturing talent across its businesses.
