NDR InvIT Trust, India’s first perpetual warehousing and industrial park InvIT listed on the National Stock Exchange, has strengthened its logistics portfolio by acquiring MLG Warehousing & Industrial Park Pvt Ltd in Lucknow. The deal, valued at ₹143.9 crore, marks NDR InvIT’s strategic entry into the rapidly growing logistics and warehousing market of Uttar Pradesh’s capital.

The newly acquired Grade-A facility spans 4.63 lakh sq. ft. of leasable space across approximately 21 acres in Mohanlalganj, located along the Lucknow–Raebareli Road (NH 30) corridor. The warehouse offers strong highway frontage and efficient connectivity to key consumption and industrial zones across Lucknow and neighbouring districts. Currently, the facility is 98% leased, hosting tenants from sectors including FMCG, 3PL, retail, and paints, reflecting robust demand for modern logistics infrastructure in North India.

    N. Amrutesh Reddy, Director, NDR InvIT, said the acquisition “marks a significant milestone in our journey to build a truly national logistics network. Lucknow serves as a critical consumption and distribution hub for North India, and this investment reinforces our commitment to expanding into high-growth markets. At NDR, we remain focused on developing sustainable, future-ready, and strategically located assets that strengthen the country’s supply chain ecosystem.”

Hiten Shah, Regional Business Head – East, NDR Asset Management, added, “The acquisition underscores our dedication to developing institutional-grade logistics assets that meet global standards. This facility, with its modern design, efficient layouts, and multimodal access, caters to the evolving needs of top-tier occupiers in India’s most dynamic consumption corridors.”

The acquisition aligns with NDR InvIT’s broader strategy of expanding its pan-India warehousing and industrial platform through high-quality, income-generating assets in strategic consumption markets. As of June 2025, NDR InvIT manages an asset base of 19.22 million sq. ft., comprising over 67 warehouses and 37 industrial parks across 15 cities, leased to more than 100 tenants from sectors such as e-commerce, third-party logistics, automotive, FMCG, engineering, retail, and technology.

This move further consolidates NDR InvIT’s position as one of India’s most diversified logistics infrastructure platforms.
