In a move to strengthen engagement with the trade community and improve operational efficiency, VOC Port Authority today launched a QR-based customer feedback form. The initiative was officially unveiled by Shri Susanta Kumar Purohit, IRSEE, Chairperson, at the Port premises.

The newly introduced system enables port users to instantly share their feedback by simply scanning a QR code, making the process faster, paperless, and more accessible. The collected responses will play a key role in identifying operational bottlenecks, addressing challenges faced by stakeholders, and shaping strategies for continuous improvement of services.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Purohit emphasised that active participation from port users is essential for delivering world-class facilities and maintaining VOC Port Authority’s position as a vital maritime gateway. “This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction,” he said.

Port users can now scan the dedicated QR code displayed across various locations within the Port to submit their inputs and suggestions.
