Shree Ashapura Stevedores, in collaboration with Shri Balaji Infraport Pvt Ltd, has once again set a benchmark for operational excellence at Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) by achieving a record-breaking bulk salt handling rate. This outstanding feat underscores the companies’ commitment to efficiency, precision, and innovation in port operations. On 20 November 2024, the vessel MV DSI PHOENIX, berthed at CJ15A, was loaded with 58,510 MTs of bulk salt within an unprecedented 21.5 hours. The operations commenced at 0630 hours and concluded at 0310 hours, allowing the vessel to sail on the same tide at 0600 hours the next day. This remarkable achievement reflects the synchronized efforts by Shree Ashapura Stevedores as stevedores, Shri Balaji Infraport Pvt Ltd as the in-house Custom House Agent and the Cross Trade Shipping were the Vessel Agent.
