X-Press Feeders Group has signed two agreements with COSCO SHIPPING Lines to enhance global service coverage and feeder-mainline coordination.

Signed on 18 June by Francis Goh, COO of X-Press Feeders, and Irene Cheng Jin, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING Lines, the agreements aim toimprove service reliability and respond to shifting global trade dynamics.

The strategic partnership will explore joint feeder operations across key regions, including Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and Latin America.

Under a separate leasing agreement, COSCO SHIPPING Lines will receive priority access to charter newbuild vessels from X-Press Feeders for potential deployment in joint services.

Francis Goh, Chief Operating Officer of X-PressFeeders Group, said: “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to building a more connected and sustainable shipping network. By aligning our capabilities and vision, we aim to deliver more efficient, customer-centric solutions.”

Recently, X-Press Feeders won the Marine Money 2024 East Leasing Deal of the Year for its French leasing arrangement involving six dual-fuel methanol vessels. In 2024, Eastaway France SAS secured over $280 million in long-term financing through French leasing, navigating complex legal and operational challenges.
