Air Cargo India 2026 is set to mark a major milestone for the country’s logistics and air freight sector, with its 11th edition scheduled from February 25 to 27 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
Positioned as one of India’s largest integrated platforms for cargo and supply chain stakeholders, the event will be held alongside the debut edition of transport logistic India 2026, reflecting the growing scale and strategic importance of the country’s multimodal logistics ecosystem.
The exhibition footprint of Air Cargo India has expanded by 43% compared to its previous edition, underlining increasing industry participation and demand for collaborative logistics solutions. The combined events are expected to host over 300 Indian and international exhibitors, bringing together airlines, logistics providers, cargo infrastructure companies, manufacturers, and technology innovators under one roof.
Adding star appeal to the inaugural transport logistic India event, former South African cricketer AB de Villiers has been named brand ambassador. His association is seen as symbolic of the sector’s emphasis on adaptability, performance, and innovation.
Key global and domestic players such as Air India, IndiGo, Maersk, DHL Logistics, Emirates SkyCargo, Boeing and Bosch are among the participants. The event is also expected to attract major demand-side companies, including Reliance Industries, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra and Larsen & Toubro, highlighting strong cross-sector interest.
The exhibitions come amid heightened policy focus on logistics and infrastructure, particularly following the Union Budget 2025–26, which earmarked ₹11.21 lakh crore for capital expenditure. Initiatives such as multimodal logistics parks, high-speed rail corridors and expanded national waterways are accelerating the need for seamless integration across transport modes.
Special features at the event will include the German Pavilion, the AITWA Pavilion, and the Future Tech Pavilion, showcasing advancements in AI-driven cargo operations, automation, blockchain-enabled transparency and advanced analytics. Two parallel conferences will further explore logistics performance excellence and emerging trends in global air cargo markets.
