ICD Ravtha Road has resumed export operations for M/s Goyal Veg Oils Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant milestone in strengthening export logistics from Rajasthan and neighbouring regions.

The first export rake comprised 88 × 20-foot containers loaded with De-Oiled Cake (DOC) and was dispatched to Pipavav Port (PPSP) for onward shipment to Vietnam and Thailand.

Goyal Veg Oils and Goyal Proteins are among the leading DOC manufacturers in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, with a combined daily production capacity of 3,000–4,000 metric tonnes. The company is expected to generate consistent export volumes of around 150–200 TEUs per month through the inland container depot (ICD).

ICD Kota currently handles an average of 500 TEUs of export cargo and three to four rakes of domestic traffic, with volumes gradually increasing through the continued support of local businesses, freight forwarders and business associates.

The resumption of exports is expected to diversify ICD Kota’s cargo portfolio, improve multimodal connectivity and strengthen regional trade links by providing exporters with efficient rail-based access to port gateways.
