Safexpress, one of India’s leading supply chain and logistics companies, has inaugurated a state-of-the-art logistics park in Vapi, Gujarat, strengthening the region’s warehousing, distribution and transportation infrastructure.
Strategically located near National Highway 48 in Vapi, Valsad district, the 3.5 lakh sq ft facility is equipped with advanced transshipment and third-party logistics (3PL) capabilities. The facility is designed to meet the growing logistics requirements of businesses and industries across Gujarat and neighbouring markets.
The logistics park features modern cross-dock infrastructure capable of accommodating the simultaneous loading and unloading of more than 116 vehicles, enhancing cargo handling efficiency and reducing transit times. A column-free span exceeding 105 feet enables the seamless movement of goods, while 16-foot-wide cantilever sheds support uninterrupted, all-weather loading and unloading operations.
Vapi is a major industrial hub with a strong presence in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, packaging, paper, plastics and engineering. Supported by the Vapi Industrial Estate and connectivity to key markets, the region generates substantial demand for efficient transportation, warehousing and distribution services.
The new facility is expected to address the growing need for modern logistics infrastructure in the region, enabling manufacturers, exporters and other businesses to streamline supply chains, improve delivery reliability and expand their market reach.
