    APSEZ Upgrades FY27 Financial Guidance

Following its strong first-half performance, APSEZ revised upwards its financial outlook for FY27, increasing its revenue, EBITDA and capital expenditure guidance.

The company raised its full-year revenue guidance by ₹1,000 crore to ₹44,000–₹46,000 crore, against the earlier estimate of ₹43,000–₹45,000 crore.

FY27 EBITDA guidance has also been increased by ₹1,000 crore to ₹26,000–₹27,000 crore, compared with the previous range of ₹25,000–₹26,000 crore.

Meanwhile, APSEZ raised its capital expenditure guidance by ₹3,000 crore to ₹15,000–₹17,000 crore from the earlier projection of ₹12,000–₹14,000 crore, signalling an increased investment push during the current financial year.

Commenting on the performance, Ashwani Gupta, Whole-time Director and CEO of APSEZ, said the company delivered another strong quarter, with domestic ports continuing to anchor earnings and international ports, logistics and marine operations emerging as key growth drivers.

“Reflecting strong H1 performance, we are upgrading our FY27 guidance across revenue, EBITDA and capex,” Gupta said.

The revised outlook underscores APSEZ’s confidence in sustaining its growth momentum across its diversified ports and integrated logistics operations.
