Global transport and logistics major DSV marked a significant week in India during its APAC Road Management Meeting, reinforcing its strategic focus on accelerating freight services across the Asia-Pacific region.

A key highlight of the programme was the flag-off of seven newly branded DSV trucks, including two electric vehicles, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening its road freight capabilities while advancing sustainable transport solutions. The addition enhances DSV’s regional fleet and supports more efficient and environmentally responsible logistics operations.

The company also announced the inauguration of a new 25,000 sq ft cross-docking facility in Bhiwandi. Strategically located to cater to high-volume freight movement, the facility is designed to improve turnaround times and boost supply chain efficiency for customers across key industrial and consumption hubs.

Beyond operational milestones, DSV demonstrated its focus on social responsibility through a Community Engagement Programme, providing daily essentials and stationery kits to the local community.

The week concluded with a regional conference in Lonavala, where leadership and teams from across APAC aligned on strategic priorities, shared market insights, and set a unified roadmap for 2026.

With enhanced infrastructure, an expanded and greener fleet, and a clear regional strategy, DSV said it is well-positioned to enter 2026 with renewed momentum, alignment, and confidence in driving growth across the APAC freight market.
