    MBT Construction Chemicals India, a subsidiary of Master Builders Solutions, has expanded its presence in the Indian market, with the setting up of a manufacturing facility in ESR Taloja Industrial and Logistics Park in Maharashtra.

    As a part of its strategic expansion, MBT Construction Chemicals India has picked up 35,655 sqft space for a new manufacturing plant at ESR Taloja Industrial and Logistics Park.

    “ESR Taloja offers MBT the perfect platform for innovation with our Grade A infrastructure and strategic location. Our prime connectivity across Maharashtra ensures a solid foundation for MBT’s growth, with easy access to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane as supported by an existing ecosystem for industrial infrastructure,” ESR said in a social media post.

    Real estate consultant, JLL was the exclusive transaction advisor for the deal.

    “The strategic location of this plant in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, supported by good connectivity and growing infrastructure will enhance the company’s footprint in Maharashtra,” JLL said.

    It further stated that this strategic expansion underscores JLL’s expertise in industrial real estate.

    MBT Construction Chemicals India offers cutting-edge products and solutions that enhance the performance of construction materials, including concrete admixtures, construction systems, and concrete reinforcement fibres.
