Ocean Network Express (ONE) has launched a new India-Gulf Service 4 (IG4) to provide enhanced connectivity between West India and the Middle East.

The service addresses growing demand on this trade lane, offering customers optimised network coverage and reliable shipping solutions.

The IG4 service will operate on a rotation connecting Hamad, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Mundra, and Nhava Sheva, before returning via Abu Dhabi to Hamad and Dammam.

Operations will commence with M/V AL RAWDAH 0028E, which is scheduled to arrive at Hamad on 12 December 2025.

The new service is expected to improve logistics planning for shippers and strengthen  ONE’s partnerships across the West India–Middle East trade corridor.

ONE recently announced upcoming proforma updates to its East Coast South America Express 2 (SX2) service and completed a review of its Bunker Surcharge (OBS) tariff, which will take effect on 1 January 2026.
