Delhivery has successfully conducted a live demonstration of its autonomous VTOL drone in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, showcasing the potential of drone technology to transform rural logistics and healthcare access. The demonstration was carried out in the presence of Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Shashank Mani.

During the test, the autonomous drone completed a 12 km medical delivery mission in just 12 minutes—significantly faster than the 40-minute journey required by road. The exercise highlighted the efficiency, precision, and reliability of Delhivery’s advanced drone systems.

The company stated that the successful trial underscores its commitment to supporting the Government of India’s deep-tech vision and enhancing last-mile healthcare connectivity, particularly in remote and underserved regions. Through continued innovation in drone logistics, Delhivery aims to bolster rural supply chains and enable quicker access to essential medical supplies.
