Yusen Logistics Europe has significantly expanded its healthcare logistics capabilities through the acquisition of Walden Group subsidiaries Movianto, Eurotranspharma, Transpharma International, and Walden Digital.
The four companies will now operate under the Yusen Logistics Healthcare network, providing a comprehensive suite of services, including international freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, and digital and control tower solutions.
Movianto delivers logistics solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic sectors, including transport, warehousing, and value-added services. Eurotranspharma focuses on B2B and last-mile distribution of temperature-controlled healthcare products. Transpharma International provides end-to-end supply chain services such as road, air, and sea transport, customs, trade services, and control tower operations for the healthcare sector. Walden Digital brings advanced Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
