Students from Gujarat Maritime University undertook a two-day industrial visit to Mundra Port as part of Project Udaan, an initiative by Adani Foundation, aimed at bridging academic learning with real-world industry experience.

A total of 50 students from MBA, LLM, and MRCM programmes participated in the visit, accompanied by faculty members including Prof. Dr. Tanuja Kaushik (Dean, Academic Affairs), Dr. Chandra Kant U., and teaching and research associates.

During the visit, students explored key facilities such as Adani Solar, Adani Wind, and Adani Power, gaining insights into renewable energy technologies, sustainability practices, and large-scale energy production systems.

The programme also included participation in the Shantinath Mahadev Aarti, fostering cultural engagement and team bonding among the students.

On the second day, the delegation visited Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, where they received firsthand exposure to cargo handling operations, port logistics, and integrated maritime infrastructure. A visit to Adani Wilmar further enhanced their understanding of supply chain management and industrial processes.

The visit provided a comprehensive learning experience, enabling students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications across maritime trade, logistics, and energy sectors.
