The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible operators for the leasing of Parcel Cargo Express Trains (PCET) under its Freight Marketing Circular (FMC) 2026, in a move aimed at boosting efficiency and private participation in parcel logistics.

The initiative is designed to improve the utilisation of freight capacity across DFCCIL’s network while promoting a more market-driven approach to parcel transportation. By encouraging private sector involvement, DFCCIL seeks to enhance service reliability, operational flexibility, and overall logistics performance.

Interested applicants are required to submit an EOI on their company letterhead, duly signed, along with relevant documentation demonstrating technical expertise and financial capability. Additional information supporting operational readiness may also be included as part of the submission.

According to DFCCIL, all EOIs will undergo a feasibility assessment, following which a competitive open tendering process will be conducted for shortlisted participants.

The deadline for submission of EOIs is July 31, 2026.
