GT LINES has marked a major milestone with the successful maiden call of its new China–Khorfakkan Express (KCX 1) service at Khorfakkan on 2 July, strengthening regional shipping connectivity between China and the Middle East.
The inaugural voyage was performed by the newly built vessel MV Nan Hai Zhi Yuan, with the maiden call celebrated at Gulftainer’s Khorfakkan terminal alongside customers, partners and stakeholders.
The launch of the KCX 1 service represents an important step in GT LINES’ network expansion strategy, reinforcing its commitment to providing reliable, modern and customer-focused shipping solutions across the region.
According to the company, the new service is designed to enhance trade and supply chain connectivity between China and the Middle East while supporting growing cargo demand across key regional trade corridors.
