Global supply chain solutions provider TVS Supply Chain Solutions on Tuesday said that its founder/promoter R. Dinesh (Executive Vice Chairman of the Company) has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Company by the Board of Directors.
It said S Mahalingam has stepped down as Chairman after completing his tenure of two terms as Independent Director, effective 29th August, 2023.
Further, TVS SCS, part of the TVS Mobility Group, announced the appointment of K. Ananth Krishnan and Narayan K. Seshadri as additional Independent Directors on its Board. With this appointment, the new Board will have five Independent Directors (the other three being Tarun Khanna, B. Sriram and Gauri Kumar). S. Ravichandran, Non-Executive Director has resigned from the Board of the company to pursue his personal interests, the company said in a statement.

Dinesh, Executive Chairman, TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd., said in a statement.
He also welcomed Krishnan and Seshadri to the Board and said this was in sync with their technology-driven client-centricity focus as well as constant business transformation goals.
“Their expertise will support TVS SCS on its continued growth journey as we work towards establishing our leadership as a technology-led Global Supply Chain player,” Dinesh added.
Mahalingam, the outgoing Chairman, said Dinesh has shown “great entrepreneurship” in building the organisation and said he would take over as the Chairman, as TVS SCS begins its journey as a listed company.
TVS SCS, which is promoted by TVS Mobility, T.S. Rajam Rubbers, Dhinrama Mobility Solution, and Ramachandhran Dinesh, listed on the stock exchanges on 23rd August after a successful IPO.
