In a significant milestone for India’s logistics sector, Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has reported its highest-ever annual throughput, handling an impressive 5.58 million TEUs in FY 2025–26 (provisional). This surpasses the previous year’s throughput of 5.09 million TEUs in FY 2024–25, marking a robust year-on-year growth of 9.57%.

The record-breaking performance highlights CONCOR’s sustained growth momentum, driven by continued support from stakeholders and valued customers, along with strategic operational efficiencies and network expansion.

The growth reflects strengthening demand across both EXIM and domestic cargo segments, as well as improved multimodal connectivity and enhanced terminal infrastructure. CONCOR’s focus on customer-centric services, digitalisation, and capacity augmentation has also played a key role in achieving this milestone.

Industry observers note that the company’s consistent performance underscores its pivotal role in India’s logistics ecosystem, particularly in supporting trade flows and facilitating efficient containerised cargo movement across the country.

With this achievement, CONCOR has set a new benchmark in throughput performance, reinforcing its position as a market leader in rail-based container logistics and a key enabler of India’s growing supply chain ambitions.
