Voice of Ladies in Logistics’, a day-long industry forum organised by India Seatrade, will be held on 7 March 2026 at Vivanta, Kochi, bringing a large, diverse section of India’s accomplished professionals from across the shipping, logistics and port industry to discuss market trends, leadership and collaboration.

The forum, which is open to both men and women industry professionals, aims to foster dialogue on current market dynamics while highlighting leadership perspectives within the sector. Organisers said the event is positioned as an inclusive platform for learning, collaboration and B2B engagement, rather than a gender-specific gathering, demonstrating the importance of diversity in the industry.

The programme will begin with registration and networking, followed by a welcome address and keynote session. Session One, titled “Breaking Barriers – Women Leading Change in Shipping & Logistics,” will focus on leadership journeys and evolving roles within the industry.

A key highlight of the forum is Session Two, “Navigating Ocean Freight Rates & Maritime Industry Challenges,” which will examine freight rate volatility, capacity constraints and broader issues impacting global trade and maritime operations.

Session Three will address the importance of building networks through collaboration, mentorship and growth, followed by a fireside chat offering informal insights into the sector’s future.

The event will conclude with a networking session, providing delegates with opportunities for B2B connections and potential partnerships.

The forum is aimed at shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics service providers, port and terminal operators, and supply chain professionals seeking both market intelligence and meaningful industry engagement.
