In a significant step toward bolstering industrial growth and investment, Shri Rajat Kumar Saini, CEO & Managing Director of the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC), held an extensive meeting with the office-bearers of the Chamber of AURIC Industrial Association. The meeting focused on reviewing AURIC’s ongoing progress, identifying opportunities for sustained expansion, and discussing strategies to enhance its competitive edge as a manufacturing and business hub.
During the discussions, the association highlighted the steady inflow of new businesses into AURIC and recent infrastructure upgrades across the industrial area. This growth momentum, they noted, received a strong boost following the visit of Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, and Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). Their presence and policy guidance further reinforced investor confidence in AURIC’s potential.
Both NICDC and the Chamber of AURIC Industrial Association explored practical measures to maintain this upward trajectory. The agenda included strategies to:
Attract new investments by showcasing AURIC’s strategic advantages to domestic and global investors.
Foster innovation by supporting technology adoption, skill development, and modern manufacturing practices.
Upgrade critical infrastructure including logistics, utilities, and digital connectivity to ensure world-class operational efficiency.
Shri Rajat Kumar Saini reaffirmed NICDC’s commitment to working closely with industry stakeholders to realise AURIC’s vision of becoming a globally competitive manufacturing hub. The collaborative approach aims to ensure that the region continues to deliver high-quality infrastructure, ease of doing business, and a conducive environment for industrial growth.
With a shared vision and coordinated efforts, NICDC and the industrial association are set to strengthen AURIC’s position on the global investment map, driving long-term economic growth and job creation in the region.
