    Prasoon Mukherjee led Universal Success Enterprises Ltd (USEL), a Singapore-headquartered multinational, has proposed to establish a state-of-the-art, grade A Logistics Park in the NH-17 Cluster (Airport, Palasbari, Bijoynagar), Assam. Mukherjee said that the park will span 50 acres and accommodate both single-level and multi-level warehousing.

    With a planned development of over 1 million square feet, the project is expected to generate more than 7,500 jobs upon completion. The total investment in the park setup and infrastructure development is estimated at around Rs 450 crore.

    The Chairman of Universal Success Enterprises Ltd had a meeting with the Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma to discuss the project’s vision and impact recently. An MOU will be signed between Universal Success Enterprises Ltd (“USEL”) and the Government of Assam during Advantage Assam on February 24, 2025. USEL has substantial investments in West Bengal, Gujarat and other states.
