    Aegis Logistics, an integrated player in liquid and gas logistics, has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹244 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26) a year-on-year increase of 60% compared to the ₹152 crore recorded in the same period last year.

    The company’s operational performance was equally robust, with revenue from operations climbing by 31% to ₹2,294 crore, up from ₹1,750 crore in the previous year.

    Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a rise of 63% to ₹310 crore compared to ₹196 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s total income was boosted by a substantial jump in other income, which rose by 143% to ₹96 crore from ₹39 crore.

    The Gas Terminal Division was the primary driver of growth, with its revenue climbing 31.5% year-on-year to ₹2,139.45 crore. The segment’s profit also surged to ₹196.15 crore, reflecting robust throughput and volume gains compared to ₹129.51 crore in Q2 FY25.

    Similarly, the Liquid Terminal Division reported solid growth, with revenue increasing by 18.7% to ₹154.56 crore (from ₹130.18 crore) and segment profit rising to ₹91.68 crore (from ₹70.09 crore).

    The share of Aegis Logistics on the National Stock Exchange closed at ₹779 on November 11, up by 1.22% for the day.
