OOCL Logistics has launched a new container depot at Port Klang, Malaysia, expanding its landside logistics capabilities and strengthening its service network in Southeast Asia.
The new facility, OLL Infinity Depot (M) Sdn Bhd (ODD-08), is a joint venture between OOCL Logistics and Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd. Located within Westports, the depot covers approximately 217,800 sq ft and has capacity for around 3,200 TEUs.
The depot provides a range of container services, including container handling, storage, repair and maintenance, giving shipping customers additional operational support close to the port.
Operations began in February 2026, with the facility recording strong growth during its initial months. By June, the depot was handling approximately 10,000 TEUs per month, while yard utilisation reached 66% within its first four months of operation.
OOCL Logistics said the new depot will improve the reliability and flexibility of its landside services in Malaysia while supporting customers with more efficient container management. Its location within Westports also provides direct access to one of the country’s major container gateways.
The investment forms part of OOCL Logistics’ broader effort to strengthen its regional logistics infrastructure and provide integrated supply-chain solutions across Southeast Asia.
