DHL has announced plans to acquire Baltic express services provider Venipak, strengthening its logistics footprint across the Baltic region and expanding its capabilities in parcel delivery and express services. The acquisition is expected to enhance DHL’s regional network and support growing demand for fast, reliable e-commerce and cross-border shipments.

Venipak, a leading parcel and logistics company in the Baltic markets, provides express delivery, parcel locker and freight solutions across the region. By integrating Venipak’s operations, DHL aims to improve service coverage and offer customers broader access to delivery solutions across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

The deal reflects DHL’s strategy of expanding its presence in high-growth logistics markets, particularly as e-commerce continues to drive demand for efficient last-mile delivery networks. The acquisition is expected to create operational synergies by combining Venipak’s local market expertise with DHL’s global logistics capabilities.

The Baltic region has become an increasingly important logistics market due to rising digital commerce, stronger regional trade links and growing demand for flexible delivery options. DHL’s investment in Venipak is expected to strengthen its competitive position and improve connectivity for businesses and consumers.

The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Once completed, the acquisition will mark another step in DHL’s efforts to expand its European parcel and express delivery network.
